Mood: Tired and happy
Listening to: I'll Be There soundtrack by Charlotte Church
I made this for my friend. He wanted it to look evil and dark. XD I'm glad he liked it because I had a hard time looking for the right picture. I spent two days looking.
This Sunday is the Ladys' Christmas Tea at my old church. It's a Christmas get-together for the women at church. They have tea and delicate sweets like cookies and other light snacks and music. My mom goes there now (or I should say again) and she bought a ticket for me, without asking if I had plans. I didn't at the time she told me, but still it's polite to ask. You don't just assume. >> Anyway, I don't want to go, but I am anyway because I don't want her to waste money and there's people that I haven't seen in ages. I also want to see the new additions to the church. They have a gym and a couple other things.
Like they'll even care to see me again. Oh well. The usual people will probably sing and I'll feel like crap because I can never grasp an opportunity to sing anywhere. Stupid life. It would be a lot better if those people let me do things at the church when I was a member. They always had some kind of stupid excuse just so I couldn't do anything. For example, I wanted to be on the praise team thingy, just once a week, like Wednesdays. I forget the excuse, but it was rediculous and they wouldn't let me. They knew I could sing because they heard me before. When they heard me, it was at a talent show and I sang a Christmas song (it was late November). Everyone told me how much they loved it, that I was so good, I should go on American Idol, ect. I didn't even win and they came to me instead! XD They were even curious, like how long I've been singing, how old I was, ect. So why not let me on the praise team? They even had spots open.
It's strange that I ranted about that because it hasn't bothered me for a very long time. I let it go like two years ago. So, I don't know. I won't care once I'm there. It just hit me, I guess.
I've got nothing else. Here's a bit of Russian for you.

"All will perish" Yup, sounds evil and dark to me :)
I'm sorry if this is a dumb question...but did that Festival of Lights or Christmas or something...did it happen already? Did you perform? Did I miss it? Urgh, I was gone for a little bit in October and I kind of spaced out on Nutang :( Sorry...
You'll find a place to sing sometime. Don't worry about if those people didn't invite you. Who knows what kind of church politics were flying around.
Imyeitye dobroi nochi :)

Hmm? They are too dumb not to let in the praise team! Who needs them when you are singing solo?? :)

ooooOOooo i like the pic. evil & dark=check. lol
about the singing thing... well as long as you're happy with what you're doing, sharing your talents and all that. I think that's the most important thing. *wink*
